In 2017 Chris became a certified member of the John Maxwell Team as a coach\, speaker\, teacher\, and trainer. He is also certified as a DISC Human Behavior Consultant and now works with companies to help them define their purpose\, create a vision for their future\, then create and implement a strategy for success. \nFind Your Purpose Lunch and Learn: Most businesses know what they do but very few focus on why they do what they do. Understanding the why is an essential component in laying the foundation for sustained success and in this session Chris will provide an overview of how understanding this principal will increase profit\, decrease employee attrition and improve customer retention
