Additionally\, she also advises clients in other industries including construction\, medical 3D printing\, and software. \nHer emerging interests include business strategy\, leadership impact\, finding the small choices that shift followership\, stakeholder relationships\, negotiation tactics\, high-stakes coaching where outcomes are uncertain\, and personal branding. \nErin earned her Bachelor’s in Political Science and MBA from the University of Central Florida. She also graduated with Business Certificates in Entrepreneurship from UCF and Executive Leadership for Healthcare Professionals from Cornell University. Most noteworthy\, Erin is a certified Executive Coach and has earned continuing education certificates from the Institute of Coaching at Harvard University.
